Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to build and manage Rejua’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for attracting new patients, building community trust, and establishing Rejua as a thought leader in holistic healthcare. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation
- Develop and create engaging, original content (images, videos, infographics, reels, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Produce educational content that explains naturopathy, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, and Infrared Light Therapy in accessible, relatable language
- Address common health myths, misconceptions, and FAQs to establish authority and trust
- Create practitioner profiles and behind-the-scenes content highlighting the Rejua team and clinic operations
- Develop patient testimonials, success stories, and transformation narratives with appropriate consent
- Design and schedule content calendars aligned with seasonal health trends, wellness awareness days, and clinic promotions
Social Media Management & Optimization
- Oversee all Rejua social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms
- Manage account settings, profile optimization, and cover designs for maximum visibility
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Ensure all posts align with Rejua’s minimalist, professional aesthetic and holistic healthcare values
- Monitor and maintain brand guidelines across all visual and textual communications
- Optimize posting times and frequency based on platform-specific audience behavior
Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively respond to comments, messages, DMs, and inquiries within 24 hours, maintaining a professional and warm tone
- Build and nurture an engaged community by initiating conversations, answering health questions, and encouraging user-generated content
- Engage with followers and wellness communities through meaningful interactions, not just promotional content
- Manage feedback, complaints, and service inquiries with care and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with practitioners to identify patient concerns and create targeted educational content
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics using platform analytics and third-party tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics)

- Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team to ensure visually appealing, on-brand content creation
