‘Freeze to fitness’
WBC is hyper cooling method globally well accepted treatment in areas of pain, sports and rehabilitation. It improves athletic performance, mitigate depression and boost immunity. It makes use of extremely cold air upto -180° F for a period not exceeding 3 minutes. The skin exposure to the cold thermal molecules elicits a strong sympathetic nervous system followed by a dramatic parasympathetic rebound. Peripheral vasoconstriction followed by strong peripheral vasodilatation, reducing histamine release. Positive immune response include increased white blood cells, increased anti-inflammatory cytokines and reduced prostaglandin. It also triggers increase in Noradrenaline, endorphins, ACTH.

The patients fingertips are protected by keeping their hands placed on a padded ledge around the top of the chamber. During the session bursts of nitrogen are circulated around the chamber to maintain the therapeutic temperature at -200° to -250° F throughout the course of treatment. The whole session takes less than 3 minutes.
How Many Sessions Are Required
The skins exposure to the cold stimulates the brain to release anti-inflammatory molecules and endorphins which lasts for 6-8 hrs.10-12 sessions are recommended to extend the benefits for greater length of time.
